At Harper Floors, we stand behind the quality of our premium flooring and offer a 30-day return window to ensure your complete satisfaction with your home renovation project. All returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
Submit a Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the total number of unopened boxes you wish to return.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific warehouse return address.
Ship the Product
Carefully secure your flooring on a pallet or in its original crating and arrange for freight shipping back to our facility; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for damage, we will process your refund minus a standard 20% restocking fee to your original payment method.
