Do you offer samples before I make a full purchase?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see the texture and color in your own lighting. You can order up to five samples for a flat shipping fee, which is refundable upon your first full order.

How long does shipping typically take for large flooring orders?

Standard freight shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number and the carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.

What is your return policy for unused boxes?

We accept returns on unopened, undamaged boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to all returns, and the customer is responsible for return freight costs.

Can your hardwood and laminate flooring be installed over radiant heating?

Many of our engineered hardwood and laminate products are compatible with radiant heating systems. However, we recommend checking the specific technical data sheet for your chosen product to ensure warranty compliance.

Do you provide professional installation services?

Harper Floors is a product supplier and does not provide direct installation. We recommend hiring a licensed and insured flooring contractor to ensure your floor is installed according to NWFA standards.

How should I maintain and clean my new floors?

To preserve the finish, we recommend regular sweeping or vacuuming with a soft brush attachment. Use a pH-neutral cleaner specifically formulated for your floor type and avoid excessive water or steam mops.
